'My two black miniature poodles, Mr Itchy and Mr Scratchy, are amongst the most loved dogs on earth. I'd throw myself in front of a train for them and their happiness and welfare is my principal concern. Sadly not all poodles are so lucky. At the moment Pro Dogs have several poodles in need of just as much love. And of course it’s not just poodles, many other breeds are just as rewarding companions and need help too. So, if you think you could make a big difference to a dog’s life please don’t hesitate - otherwise you may miss the best friend you never had!'
