Dozer

Dozer our beloved Rottie was sadly put to sleep on Sat 26 September 2009. He was just short of 2 and a half years old.

He came into our care at 6 months and stayed for 9 months while we tried to find him a wonderful forever home. During that time he stole our hearts and possessions and we have many ‘Dozered ‘items in our home!

He befriended our many foster dogs, not least a young Jack Russell pup who attacked him relentlessly and with whom Dozer played so gently. It was a sight to behold.

Sadly his breeders cared not for his magnificent breed, just money and as a result were breeding dogs with poor hips etc. This eventually became too much for him to bear and his loving family made the heartbreaking decision to let him go to Rainbow Bridge where he can run free from pain forever.

Our thanks to his owners Be, Steve and Bella for giving him a wonderful, loving home

He was a supersize dog with a supersize personality, he has a piece of our hearts with him and he will never be forgotten. We will all miss him greatly.
