Beaver

Beaver is a 1-year-old female tan and white Mastiff-cross.

Beaver's foster carer reports:

We've been fostering Beaver for a couple of months now and have found that she is a fantastic dog with a great nature, she's quiet and pretty chilled out.

She can be left alone in the house without tearing it up.

Her previous owner had a child and she said she was fantastic with him.

Beaver is a good dog and is usually very good playing free with other dogs but doesn't like being barked or growled at.

I think she sees this as a threat as she can be nervous of dogs due to past history of living with a Staffie. So will just need a little more basic training to correct this.

Beaver does pull on the lead when out because she is nervous of the traffic and loud noises. I'm sure she could overcome this with some proper training.

A home the country or in a very quiet area with not much traffic would probably suit her more.

She is an absolute joy and we'll be sad for her to go.

Beaver needs to be an only dog with no cats or very young children.
