Freda's
diary
13th
September 2009
Another
busy day today. We went to a place called Paws on the Park. It was just I,
mum and Peg, Bud and Merlin and we had a great time.
Mum bought
me a new coat for the winter - apparently she thinks I will need it to
keep me warm and dry. I'm not sure, but If It makes her happy.
We met
lots of nice people again and one lady who I met at the Dartford show was
there and she remembered to bring my bag of liver treats I like so much, I
did have to share them with the others though, hummmpp.

I also saw
my friends Phoebe and Peg. They came from a farm, the same as me. They are
so pleased to be free, just like me, and they like nothing more than
lazing on their mum's sofa and eating lots of treats.
When I
think about It we are all so lucky as not so long ago we were living In a
dark place where no one really loved us and now we are clean and happy and
have lots of love and food whenever we want It. I so wish that my friends
that are still there could come out and be free like me. Mum says we must
do all we can to close them down, or at least make people see there Is a
better way.
On the
19th September at Brighton racecourse there Is a special day organised to
raise awareness of puppy farms. We will be there. We should have a few ex-breeding
bItches there too.
Please
come and support us, and the other charities, and organisations who are
doing all we can to stop puppy farming.
We all need your support.
