14 Week Old Female
French Bulldog

Myrtle came to us as she had a deforemed front leg. This has been removed now and she is ready to find her forever home.

She needs new owners who are around for most of the day as she is still a young pup, she must be re homed with a playful similar sized gentle dog. Myrtle is happiest when she has had a game and can then cuddle up with her canine companion for a snooze.
Myrtle wont cope without a furry buddy to keep her company.

She will not be able to walk for long distances, a gentle little strole will be enough for Myrtle which is why it is important that she is well matched with her canine companion. She is going to be more reliant on them for stimulation than long walks.

Her mental stimulation will also need to be considered with training and games to occupy her. Myrtle is fine to be re homed with cats as she takes no notice of the fosters cat.

Myrtle will not be re homed with young children, she does get underfoot on occaision as all pups do but her new owners will need to be mindful that any damage to her remaining front leg would be disasterous for her. Her weight will also need to be carefully monitored to ensure she stays a little litter than a normal pup to minimise strain on her remaining leg. Any excess weight will have a negative impact on her ability to continue to walk with jus one front.

Unfortunately Myrtle developed Kennel Cough so we have had to delay her re homing until she is completely clear. It is hoped she will be ready for adoption by the end of January.

She will need to be neutered at the correct age as part of her Adoption Agreement. She will be vaccinated, micro chipped and up to date with flea and worming treatment. She is currently on foster in Aldershot Hampshire. For further details regarding dogs available from Pro Dogs Direct please email or visit our website and complete an online application form.
