5 Year Old Male
Golden Retriever

This lad is simply stunning but he will require a very experienced home that understands the issues he has and is able to continue to work with him. We appreciate many will want him but we must ensure he goes to a home where his needs are able to be fully met. Please read his write up fully and only apply if you can match his requirements.

He is friendly and affectionate, loves walks and water, he is from working lines, an active home where he gets lots of exercise and stimulation would be best. Milo has some guarding issues which his new owners will need to be experienced in dealing with and have a good knowledge of how to continue to work with him to overcome/modify this behaviour.

He cannot be homed with children or another dog and he will chase cats. Out on walks he is fine with other dogs and mixes well, he just chooses not to share his home with others, his humans are too important to be shared. Milo will need dedicated experienced owners who have the time and patience to commit to working with him. He is a great dog and really needs a chance with experienced owners.

Milo is located in South East London and potential adopters will need to make several visits to him to get to know him and allow him to be comfortable and happy with his adopters. He has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment.
