Scruffy Scruffy is an 8-month-old Shih Tsu/Parsons Jack-cross little boy. Scruffy is a very lovely boy, very, very friendly and bouncy. Scruffy has lived with children but maybe he needs older ones that don't get him as excited. Scruffy needs training to quieten down his bounce a bit; not completely as that is part of his character.
